2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for an appropriate writ, order and direction on the respondents to make payment of compensation for the acquired land according to the new Land Acquisition Act, 2013 applicable in the case of acquired land of the petitioner.

3. After some arguments, Mr. Das submits that he may be permitted to file an appropriate petition before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
