JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (A) writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order or directions commanding the respondent Commissioner of the Patna Municipal Corporation to demolish the unauthorised structure of the Market Complex constructed by the Private Respondent over society plot no. C 23 without sanction of the Building Plan

Patna High Court CWJC No.3746 of 2014(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 and in sheer violation of the mandatory provisions of front and rear set-back as provided in the Building Bye-Laws of the Patna Regional Development Authority (Dissolved) and now the Patna Municipal Corporation."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent State authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
