Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 736 (C) of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to the earlier complaint case filed by this petitioner against the present complainant vide Annexure-2. Complainant has not brought on record any chit of paper showing payment of any money to this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
