The grievance of the petitioners is confined to their salary as also the grant made by the government for the petitioners since 2016, till date, and further to enquire the matter with regard to irregularities and defalcation of fund and take an appropriate action against the erring official/members of the managing committee.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were appointed long back and have been discharging their duty to the entire satisfaction of the authorities concerned, but despite the grant having been made by the State Government, they have been denied from their due salary compelling them to approach this Court. It is vehemently submitted that it is only because of the high handedness on the part of the members of the managing committee, they have been deprived from their salary.

4. Learned Advocate for the State and the University are present.

Having considered the nature of the grievance limited to the salary of the petitioners, on account of alleged inaction of the members of the managing committee, this Court in order to resolve the dispute, direct the petitioners to approach before the Registrar of the Magadh University by filing an appropriate application/representation bringing on record all the facts.

6. In case, such an application/representation is filed, preferably within a period of four weeks, from today; the Registrar of the Magadh University shall issue notice to all the stakeholders and take an appropriate decision, preferably within

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
