On account of information having furnished by Sri Umesh Kumar Singh, learned advocate bearing AOR No.03660 regarding forgery having been committed as well as using his AOR number, unknown person had filed instant criminal miscellaneous for that, he had already approached before the Registrar General, the matter was adjourned and report was called for at the end of Registrar General.
Registrar General has conducted an inquiry wherein learned advocate Sri Umesh Kumar Singh have his presence along with the concerned advocate clerk who had identified the deponent. At the request of learned advocate, his specimen signature was taken up and was compared and examined with the signature having over Vakalatnama and as per report, both are not at all in same pen. The Registrar General also submitted his report dated 13.03.2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28622 of 2014 (15) dt.01-04-2015 Gone through the same. It happens to be a serious matter and on account thereof, Registrar General is directed to launch a criminal case against the persons concerned. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
