It is third time the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 341, 302, 120 (b) and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court has already rejected the bail application of the petitioner twice. This Court does not find any reason to grant bail to the petitioner.

This Court perused the report of the court below from where it appears that one charge sheeted witness and two non-charge sheeted witnesses have been examined. This Court directs the prosecution to cooperate in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31932 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 early disposal of the case and the court below will complete the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is equally directed to ensure the production of rest witnesses on the date fixed. However if the trial is not concluded within the prescribed period, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation and direction, this application is dismissed.
