2. In compliance with the order of this Court, a show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 4, 5 and 6 with categorical averments that the General Manager, Bihar State Mining Corporation has passed an order, as contained in

Patna High Court MJC No.1538 of 2024(4) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 Memo No. 323 dated 26.07.2024, by which an amount of Rs.21,25,52,467.63/- is directed to be refunded to the beneficiaries including an amount of Rs.22,87,622/- and Rs.20,13,110/- to be refunded in favour of the petitioner through RTGS. In this context for implementation of the said order, the Bihar State Mining Corporation wrote to the Manager, ICICI Bank, S. K. Puri Branch, Patna to debit Cheque No. "000706" dated 26.07.2024 and credit the amount in the account of the petitioner along with other beneficiaries.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly contended that in compliance with the order of this Court now the amount deposited with the Mining Corporation has already been refunded but the interest over the delayed refund has not been accorded for which he seeks permission to approach before the authority concerned.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to move before the authority concerned.

5. The contempt petition stands closed.
