In relation to selection process for appointment of constable initiated under Advertisement no. 2 of 2009, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in the year 2013. Other than the assertion that the petitioner did well in the written test, no case has been made out by the petitioner in the writ petition. Apart from this fact, the writ petition has been filed belatedly four years after the process of selection was initiated and more than three years after the petitioner had participated in the selection process as per the details disclosed by the petitioner in the writ petition.
