1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The matter is referred to the State Appellate Authority inasmuch as the writ application has been filed against the order dated 12.03.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 23 of 2014 by the Presiding Officer, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabua which has not been challenged before the State Appellate Authority.

3. Regards being had to the nature of dispute, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.5766 of 2015(17) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 is given liberty to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today.

4. If appeal is filed by the petitioner along with condonation of delay petition, the State Appellate Authority shall consider and dispose the same on its own merit within a reasonable time frame after giving opportunity of hearing to the persons concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is accordingly disposed.
