Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State. This is the third attempt of the petitioner to obtain regular bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 (S.Tr. No. 785 of 2017-166 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34, 120(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner himself says that now the prosecution evidence is complete.

In that view of the matter, this Court finds no reason to consider this application.
