The petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondent-authorities to give effect to the order dated 04.03.2015 passed by the Anchal Adhikari, Islampur in Case no. 30 of 2015-15 so that the petitioner may not suffer any loss and injury and remove the encroachment made over R.S.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4707 of 2016(5) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 Plot No. 1770 appertaining to R.S. Khata No. 265 of Village Muzafara, P.S. Islampur, Revenue P.S. No. 23, District Nalanda.

3. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner himself has stated that his mutation for Plot No. 1770 appertaining to R.S. Khata No. 265 of Village Muzafara, P.S. Islampur, Revenue P.S. No. 23, District Nalanda has been cancelled as against which he is presently contesting a Revision Case.

4. In view of the aforesaid development which has taken place during the pendency of the present writ application, the petition has lost the locus to seek the kind of relief which he has prayed in the present writ application. The relief as claimed for by the petitioner in light of the above development cannot be granted. Hence, the present writ application is being dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed.
