Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General for the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (hereinafter referred to as the 'Sansthan').

2. In terms of the order dated 03.07.2019, the Special Director, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Bihar, Patna as well as the Deputy Director of the Sansthan is present in Court. It has been clarified that since there is no post of Director of the Sansthan, who was called to appear, the Deputy Director is present.

3. Two show cause has been filed on behalf of the State authorities whereas show cause has also been filed on behalf of the Sansthan.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is not disputed at the bar that the order dated 08.12.2011 passed in CWJC No. 8930 of 2009 has been complied with as the actual payments have also now been remitted into the account of the petitioner, though belatedly.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that nothing remains in the present application and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

6. Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
