The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/337/341/323/307/504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of dispute, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.41823 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, VI, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
