03. 08.01.2015 Having perused the Report of the Office that the Opposite Party No. 2 is dead, the case is being disposed off at the stage of "For Orders on Office Notes". Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is in custody since 18.12.2013.

Taking into consideration the period of custody, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety as fixed by the Court to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vikramganj, Rohtas in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29381 of 2014 (3) dt.08-01-2015 Complaint Case No. 81 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.
