JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is reluctance in the removal of the encroachment by the authorities under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after due consideration of the case the Circle Officer held out that there is no encroachment.
In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued. However, if encroachment over the public land
Patna High Court CWJC No.10246 of 2019(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 resufaced, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for removal of encroachment. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U
