Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Danapur PS Case No. 547 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before dthe court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magisrate-I, Danapur. From Annexure-2 which is the police report submitted after the investigation, it is evident that persons named in the FIR against them no material was found.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62525 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur in connection with Danapur PS Case No. 547/2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
