JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-03-2023 This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 25.02.2014 passed in Supaul (Town) P.S. Case No. 243/2010 (Tr. No. 13801/14) by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul whereby and whereunder the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offence under sections 406, 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. This case is of the year 2015 challenging the cognizance order. It appears that no stay order has been passed in the matter. Further, when the matter is called out, no one is present to press this Court. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
