2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise G.R. No. 1825 of 2022, arising out of Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 678 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 lodged under Section 413 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75396 of 2022 bail petition of the petitioner was rejected with a liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. He further submits that vide Annexure-3 charge has been framed in this case against the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32877 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 for bail but submits that charge has already been framed.
5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court-02, Gaya in connection with Excise G.R. No. 1825 of 2022, arising out of Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 678 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U T
