The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the four accused persons are said to have robbed the informant of Rs.10,000/. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Referring to the order of the learned court below, it is submitted that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the statement of co-accused Pramod Kumar. There is a delay of ten days in lodging of the F.I.R. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. Inspite of the petitioner being

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41628 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 in custody since 25.3.2021 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over 9 months and not having been put on T.I. parade, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case no.64 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad.
