2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 336, 285, 506 of the IPC and section 25(9), 27, 30 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner opened celebratory fire in a marriage function which hit one Devanshu Kumar, who suffered gunshot injuries in his stomach.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no eye-witness to the

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
