====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2025 Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Nirmala Kumari, learned APP for the State.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the deposition copies of the prosecution witnesses, including the informant, by way of supplementary affidavit and the same has been filed online and permission is required to submit its hard copy before this Bench.

3. Permission as sought above is granted.

4. Let the hard copy of the aforesaid supplementary affidavit be kept on record.

5. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31930 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/3 Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 dated 11.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 64, 69, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and sections 6 and 14(2) of the POCSO Act.

6. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a 22 year old person and the informant, who is said to be the victim, has been examined by the trial court as PW-2 and her deposition's copy has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit and the informant testified before the trial court that a quarrel took place in between her and the petitioner on account of an issue relating to marriage and due to that reason, she filed the present case and no rape was committed with her by the petitioner.

7. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

8. No one appears on behalf of the O.P. No. 2.

9. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel and mainly the deposition of the informant as pointed out by the petitioner's counsel, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
