The petitioner seeks bail in Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, petitioner is alleged to be the order giver.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, as the petitioner has filed a case against prosecution party and in retaliation the present case has been lodged against the petitioner. Specific allegation of causing firearm injury is against two unknown persons. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2021 having clean antecedent. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
