In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner no.1 to file fresh representation before the Sanskrit Shiksha Board and the Sanskrit Shikhsa Board is required to decide the representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
