2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) this application is being filed against highly illegal, wrongful, fraudulent and arbitrary action on the part of the respondents in particular the respondent 3rd set i.e. present LRDC, Bikramganj and present Circle Officer, Nasriganj who in most fraudulent manner in connivance with respondent 4 set have fraudulently deprived the petitioner of his legitimate claim of compensation for the land of the petitioner acquired by state government for construction of approach road over Daud Nagar Nasriganj Bridge in Mauza-Atimi in Nasriganj Anchal of Rohtas district and even though the property belongs to joint family of petitioner and there is no partition in the family till date and even the in notification published by Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation on the basis of report submitted by the circle office,

3/4 Nasriganj the name of the petitioner was shown as Raiyat, the petitioner have been deprived of the legitimate compensation amount of his share since the respondent no.

13 present Circle Officer prepared and certified forged genealogical table and the petitioner was subjected to serious fraud by obtaining his thump impression in the name of the old age pension and he has been denied the compensation amount by way of fraud.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he was deprived from said compensation amount, his agnates (respondent 4th set) took signature under false promise that it is related to pension papers for which he made representation before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (Annexure-4) without any response.

4. Counter affidavit is on record detailing out the facts of the case. However, as the petitioner wants to agitate the matter before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram alongwith all the supporting documents, liberty is granted to approach the concerned respondent in four weeks.

5. If the said petition is preferred, the Collector,

4/4 Rohtas at Sasaram after hearing all the parties shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion preferably by 31.03.2026.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the observation.
