Heard Mr. Subodh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The petitioners, who are in custody since 27.07.2020, seek bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31089 of 2020(2) dt.27-01-2021 2/3 No. 60 of 2020, dated 17.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 337, 307, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The occurrence is said to have taken place on a cricket field.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no intention of either of the petitioners to have caused the injury which actually has been suffered by the informant. It has further been submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence as well in which all the three petitioners have been left injured; though the injuries on their person are stated to be simple in nature. From the impugned order, it appears that one Ashok Choudhary has received four injuries, all of which appear to be grievous, but considering the aforesaid background of the case and taking into account that the petitioners also stood injured in the occurrence and about which there is no reference in the subject F.I.R. and that the petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2020, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31089 of 2020(2) dt.27-01-2021 3/3 in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020.

While saying so, this Court has also taken note of the clean antecedents of the petitioners.
