The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 36, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Approx. 1410 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Tata-407 vehicle, which was parked in front of the house of co-accused Ajay Sahni It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question and he has been made accused only on suspicion and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery.
