2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 21.03.2023 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Jagdishpur, Bhojpur in Misc. Case No. 06 of 2020 / Trial No. 20 of 2022.
3. The District Judge, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to transfer both the Suits i.e. Eviction Suit No. 165 of 2020 pending in the Court of Subordinate Judge, Jagdishpur, Bhojpur and Title Suit No. 496 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Subordinate Judge-I, Jagdishpur, Bhojpur in the Court of SubJudge-II, Jagdishpur, Bhojpur. Both the aforesaid suits must be disposed of within one year from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
5. For the next one year, the operation of the impugned order dated 21.03.2023 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Jagdishpur, Bhojpur in Misc. Case No. 06 of 2020 / Trial No. 20 of 2022 shall remain stayed.
6. The petitioner is given liberty to move before this Court, if the suits are not disposed of within a year.
