JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 In view of the fact that a forum has been created for deciding all the disputes of the affiliated college vide notification dated 19.05.2015, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar constituted under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015.
In the event such petition is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar will examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the same after condoning the delay, if any, in filing such petition.
