This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.189 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.45913 of 2023.

The deceased was killed by unknown persons. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner was hired to kill the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the trial only one witness has been examined and the

As the petitioner was hired to kill the deceased and the trial has started, I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 04.08.2023. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
