Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to counter affidavit submits that respondents have admitted in the counter affidavit that certain amount has been paid to the petitioner. However, he is not in a position to make any submission whether the payment paid by the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.24286 of 2013(4) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 satisfies the entire grievance of the petitioner or not and as such he submits that petitioner may be granted liberty if there is any error in calculation or any part of the admissible amount has not been calculated and paid to the petitioner by way of filing representation.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation with regard to error in calculation or if any of the amount payable to the petitioner has not been paid to the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Patna who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the representation by a reason speaking order within a maximum period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
