I.A no. 626 of 2015 has been filed in the present writ petition does not relate to the issue involved in the present writ petition as such the I.A. No. 626 of 2015 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner. If he has any grievance in relation to facts and circumstances incorporated in the interlocutory application, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum/Court in accordance with law.

I.A No. 626 of 2015 is thus disposed of as not pressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24498 of 2013(4) dt.31-08-2018 2/3 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application for non- payment of salary for the period of 25.01.2000 to 31.05.2001.

Learned counsel for the respondent has drawn attention of this Court the communication of the District Education Officer, whereby the District Education Officer, Samastipur has asked the petitioner to file application in prescribed format so that the application may be forwarded for appropriate decision on the point of sanction of leave for the aforesaid period. From Annexure-15 it appears that the petitioner has submitted the application along with the explanation way back on 23.01.2013. Under the aforesaid circumstance the writ petitions is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Samastipur to take steps for finalizing the issue of the payment of salary for the period of 25.01.2000 to 31.05.

2001 so that necessary decision with regard to payment of salary to the petitioner for the aforesaid period may be finally decided.
