Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 326, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and several other persons are said to have assaulted the deceased by means of hammer and other weapons but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this court and moreover, altogether twelve persons are said to have assaulted the deceased but only two or three injuries were found on the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 corresponding to S.T.N. No. 716/14.
