2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 424, 477A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and at the time of taking charge in the year 2018 as Panchayat Secretary of the respective Panchayats, they had not been handed over the relevant folders by their respective predecessors as evident from the affidavits of the petitioners (Annexure-3).

4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition, submitting that the petitioner has not enclosed the list of documents received by them at the time of taking charge.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
