Accordingly, in respect of petitioners no. 2 and 3, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Now, the sole petitioner i.e. petitioner no. 1 apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from Diyara area, which is an open place and accessible to general public. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the petitioner namely Jai Mahto, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge X cum Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
