2. Petitioner has not complied order dated 23.04.2015 whereby the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to his wife-opposite party No.2 in connection with Maintenance (Miscellaneous) Case No.161 of 2010 pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ara. Again by order dated 05.07.2019 identical direction was issued to the petitioner.

3. Since the petitioner has not complied order of this Court, let this application be dismissed for non-compliance.
