The petitioner has come with a simple prayer to dispose of the Vigilance Case No. 104 A of 2013 pending before the Patna Municipal Corporation.

Mr. Dinu Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the same has not been disposed of. Learned Counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation do not have any answer to the said statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The petition as such, stands disposed of with a direction to the Patna Municipal Corporation to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10594 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Vigilance Case No. 104 A of 2013 within three months from today, if still not disposed of.

Since the petitioner has to approach this Court for disposal of Vigilance Case No. 104 A of 2013 and there is no counter affidavit of the Patna Municipal Corporation despite the passage of four years, the lady petitioner is entitled to Rs. 10,000/- as cost to be paid by the Patna Municipal Corporation within four weeks by Draft.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
