The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
