This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.02.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgeX, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 4260/2014 whereby learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Patna has dismissed the Cr. Revision No. 4206/2014 and affirmed the order dated 15.04.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna whereby discharge petition of the petitioner dated 23.08.2012 under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. has been dismissed in G.R. Case No. 6328/2008, arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 440/2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to give the status of stage of the case.
