Patna High Court CWJC No.8213 of 2020(4) dt.25-06-2021 2/2 passed on 13.01.2021.

In order to maintain consistency, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in light of decision passed in C.W.J.C No. 8370 of 2020 and if on facts it is found that the case of the petitioner is identical, similar treatment shall be taken by the respondents.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
