Petitioners are accused in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. In the present case, the F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of four days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that neither in the postmortem report nor in the inquest report a single mark of injury is found on the body of the deceased.
