2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.03.2017 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali P.S. Case No.723 of 2016 whereby and whereunder the court concerned took cognizance against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 370(A)(ii), 120B of I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4, 5 6 and 8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court
