(ii) Issuance of a direction, order or concerned respondent authorities to provide the answer sheet of the petitioners for securing transparency of the B.P.S.S.C, in checking the answer sheet of the petitioners.

(iii) Issuance of a direction, order or concerned respondent authorities to clarify why the petitioners were not appointed on the appropriate post even after being declared qualified but not selected. Although the petitioners belong from Extremely Backward Class.

(iv) Issuance of a direction, order or Mandamus for constituting and

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
