The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have filed this application for modification of the order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46854 of 2021, whereby the petitioner nos.2 and 3 have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in this application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33437 of 2022(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 time granted to the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46854 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
