In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is Panchayat Secretary. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that did not deposit the folder and records in connection with appointment of teachers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been given the charge of the said Panchayat and on that account, he could not produce the folder and records in connection with appointment of teacher.

In view of the above statement of learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29292 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 for the petitioner, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case no. 29 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
