The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 26.08.2015 passed by learned A.C.J.M., Rosera in G.R. No. 500 of 2014 corresponding to Rosera P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014 by which the learned Court below took cognizance for the offences under sections 341, 323, 467, 468, 471, 420, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i) (x) of the S.C. and S.T. Act.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.
