2. For the same dispute, one C.W.J.C. No. 14430 of 2024 was filed by one Banarsi Giri, the father of the petitioner.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.913 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 Now, the petitioner has filed the present criminal writ for the same relief.
3. In my opinion, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a civil writ for redressal of his grievances.
