2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner killed Ruchi Kumari by pressing her neck and disappeared the dead body.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is mother of the deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. FIR has been lodged on the statement of Chowkidar. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. During course of investigation, no substantive material has come to suggest that petitioner is involved in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
