This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- (1.) for payment of retiral dues i.e. G.P.F., Gratuity and leave encashment.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 5. In para 5 of the counter affidavit, statement has been made that entire pensionary benefits

Patna High Court CWJC No.1160 of 2017 dt.03-07-2019 2/2 including pension, gratuity, leave encashment, G.P.F. and Pay fixation has already been paid to the petitioner. On the last occasion, two weeks time was given to the petitioner to file reply to the counter affidavit. Today, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no instruction as to whether payment has been made or not to the petitioner as the client is not in touch with him.
