The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 379, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner that he was among the person who assaulted the driver and others and there is demand of Rs. 2/- lacs for release of the Tractor.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30016 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
