2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 25.06.2022 one Pallav Kumar gave an application to District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Sitamarhi informing him about withdrawing three installments of amount of Rs. 1,3,0000.00/- till date 13.04.2021 from 'Pradhamanti Awas Yojna' by his brother Manoj Kumar Singh (petitioner) by opening the account in Union Bank of India, Branch - Baligadh, Runnisaidpur in the name of the informant by committing forgery.
4. It is submitted that informant is own brother of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33563 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 informant and due to family dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. It is next submitted that the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Sitamarhi has given his report on dated 05.09.2022 that amount of all three installments have already been received by the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. case no 34 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
